Top Three Teas
It's getting colder, and I'm drinking more tea. And mostly black tea these days. My top three flavors:

Earl Grey (I have Ahmad Tea London)

Vanilla (such as Harney & Sons Vanilla Comorro)

Mango (Republic of Tea: Mango Ceylon is subtle and Hawaiian Islands Tea Company: Mango Maui is supermango)

I drink coffee too sometimes when Mom's making that, but I like putting lots of milk and usually some sugar in it. Tea is a lot healthier! I pick teas that are naturally sweet-flavored. What drinks do you guys like?

I love hot chocolate and frappuchinos. :-) and of course the staples: juices, milk and water ;-)

I do have a fondness for those green tea frapps. when I'm in tea mode I barely drink anything else.

:-D I wish I liked tea better. It has to be English-style, with tons of cream, sugar and scones with super-sweet jam. Only THEN am I all over it :-)

I'm usually a coffee person but since moving here I'm on basically an IV of Earl Grey... and it's surprising how much bad tea there is here - you expect better from England!

I still love my Herodotus drawing... it's up on my bulletin board above my computer. *love*!

:) Glad it got to you safe and sound.

And that is surprising, since England invented black tea I think? Well they definitely invented Earl Grey mmmmm

Actually I think England originally stole black tea from India when they had all those colonies there. Earl Grey is an amusing mix because it's made with black tea from India and bergamot which comes from Italy, but yet it's such a distinctly English drink. The Earth & Tea Cafe in Harrisonburg makes the best Earl Grey ever.
Have you guys ever had tea imported from India (or something similarly authentic)? My landlords spend most of the year in Thailand and bring tea back when they visit. It's the best black tea I've ever had!

I also drink a lot of Irish Breakfast tea. It has a very smooth flavour, especially with cream and sugar.

I think the only really serious tea I've had is green tea. Kendra's gotten some high quality stuff.

I'll have to try Irish Breakfast tea.
