License Plates, Movies

I've heard that Virginia has an unusually high amount of vanity license plates. I certainly see a lot. When Kendra and I were going to Walmart, we saw one in the parking lot that said PRISON.
What?
What does that mean? I am stumped. The car is their prison? They work at a prison? That's not the kind of business I would expect someone to be advertising with their car. I am boggled.
Got any other exciting license plates to share?
Also, checked out a bunch of DVD's from the libraries. Reviews, no major spoilers:
Leroy & Stitch -- hugely disappointing, but also included an episode of the Lilo & Stitch TV series, which was alright.
