I'd love to work here. Take a look at shot breakdowns in their demo reel section. It makes me want to watch the Fantastic Four movie. Plus, they win for cheesily appropriate background music. I'm going to start messing with dynamics, compositing, and special effectsy things after I finish my current animation project.
I don't seem to be able to maintain intense concentration on a single goal (nearly-no-breaks work) for more than a few days. It might not help that I have too many goals/responsibilities. Need to work on the really big project but the other smaller but still important things come due first and then I get distracted because reading philosophy is really boring and so on...
